I then did some stretches to get my legs ready for the run and out I went. Got up and did 21 Push-Ups, 40 Crunches and then 33 Squats. Aiming for a run on both Saturday & Sunday to finish off this weeks Zombies, Run 5k training and hopefully more yoga. Once the +1 was finished we did some extra stretches to cool down.Īnother day down. Before we actually started this we did 4 x 30 sec cardio drills (jogging on the spot, knee lifts, standing jump & squat jumps) to help Anna work on her cardio. After the squats we chatted about other exercises we could do and also found some other things she can do other than squats.Īfter recovering a bit, having tea – burger (good quality), chips, salad & slaw – and giving it suitable time to digest we went into todays +1 Routine – 18 Reps. I will put a link up tomorrow when Its not nearly 1am. Anna has started her own blog as she is wanting to get in shape, I think i mentioned this a few days a go. Did my 260 Squats – 4 x 33 & 4 x 32 – as I was chatting with Anna, she even joined in for some of them. Tuna & Salad for dinner again with Granola as a snack during the day.Īfter work I popped round to see some friends. Very warm tho so drank plenty to keep hydrated. Pretty standard boring day at work today. After that it was Vitamins and shower time and then off to work. I then did a DDP Yoga Wake Up routine, which did help stretch my soreness out a bit. Since I was feeling a little on the sore side I did my 21 Push-Ups & 40 Sit-Ups but am leaving the Squats till later on.

O158 Squats before bed is perhaps not the best decision I have ever made, plus the 4 mile run & 126 squats earlier in the day definitely makes me sympathise with people doing ‘Leg Day’.
